How is Home Care set up?
Our Co-ordinator will visit your home and will undertake a detailed assessment regarding your medical and personal needs, including risk assessment for homecare. A Care Plan will then be developed with input from client, family / significant other, liaising with your doctor and public health nurse to ensure quality of care.
Once the Care Plan is in place we will select your Care Assistant / Nurse based on your individual needs. We will introduce your care assistant / nurse prior to services commencing.
Quality
Your well-being is our priority and so we continually monitor the performance of our carers through ongoing appraisal and consistent spot checks . You and your family will have the direct contact details for our Co-ordinators and will be assured of confidentiality should any problems arise.
